Gary Becker Discussions
Nobel prize-winning economist, scholar, author, and Professor Gary S. Becker passed away on May 3, 2014 at the age of 83. His ideas have influenced an entire generation of intellectuals, and continue to have an effect even after his passing. Having won the Nobel Prize in 1992 he contributed his skills in Economics and Sociology in these discussions as well as in the classroom at the University of Chicago, and having done so, effected thousands of students throughout the years. He and his unique way of looking at economics will be missed, but will be remembered through the discussions in the following videos.
